ATTENTION!! Do not buy a car from this dealer. Their sales dept will be very nice to you and tell you what you want to hear. They finally paid off my trade in almost a month after I bought the car. I had to drive there countless times bc once they get your money they don't answer the phone or return calls. The payoff was short bc the neglected to get an updated pay off with per diem interest. I had to go there again and get them to cut a check for the difference. Going on 30 days since I brought the Z home and I am still not done with the transaction. Terrible customer service. STAY AWAY!:mad:

I had some problems with them too with my 350z. (parts and services and also when I was trying to buy from them my car)

What do you guys expect...it is a dealership in Florida.....the ones in central Florida and especially south Florida are stealerships at best. I would only buy from out of state.

Try Jenkins Hyundai/Nissan of Ocala...they're not like the others around here

I had a very positive experience with Jenkins Nissan of Lakeland FL- its right off I-4.. I was very satisfied. Ask for Marcus - tell him the guy from URI sent you.

My friend bought an 08 Altima 2.5 SL (rare pkg on the 4 banger) from Mike Erdman Nissan up in Merrit Island. He's loved the customer service thus far. So much so that I went there to test drive a 370z. Granted, they didn't have the packages that i was looking for but were still nice enough to let me and my out of state brother take it for a spin.

Just figured with everyone chiming in thus far about FL dealerships that I would do so about this one. Thanks for the heads up regarding the crappy dealerships in FL.
