You currently cannot place an order for a 2009 model. And you currently cannot place an order for a 2010. This a limbo time, Nissan is re-tooling for 2010. There are still plenty of 2009's out there, you just need to search around and find an incoming u it or one on a dealers lot. Most of the time if you order a vehicle the dealer won't let you out of the deal. Really depends on the dealer you deal with, because that is an Internal process. Most dealer fees range from 199-599 expect to pay that after you negotiate your final price. If you need any help just PM me
