Does anyone know the rules/laws regarding moving and updating your insurance? I'll be buying my car in PA and within a month or two I'll be moving to Illinois (Chi-town).

Does anyone know the rules/laws regarding moving and updating your insurance? I'll be buying my car in PA and within a month or two I'll be moving to Illinois (Chi-town). As it'll be registered and insured initially in PA, can it stay like that for the first year until I have to get reinspected/registered in Illinois or do I have to change those things over immediately upon moving into a place in Chicago?
