Too bad that is not enough, considering I'm a 22 year old, unmarried male.

...damn insurance companies.
I know how you feel so my insurance is under my parents.

I haven't got the car yet but my agent gave me a quote $355/6 months that's with $1000 deductible full coverage. $250 deductible isn't that much either $425/6 months. I thought it might be higher since its a sports car and I'm only insuring one other car.

I should probably ask my parents if they could help me out. I'll pay the money, but I'll rely on them to get me a better rate.

You have to be careful once you leave dependent status, ie graduate and get a job. You'll learn to love that term. I'm in that particular boat right now, working hard trying to get a job after graduating mid year. Thank god insurance is already paid for (but I should check until when) and they can't take that away.

Man, I pay $270 a month for my 350z. 23 years old, single, with 2 tickets (crossing double yellow line, expired registration.) It'd be 300 if I didn't have another car for a dd. So that's about 3200 a year with AIG, or whatever they're called now. The company I was with wanted 4k a year, and most other companies wanted about 3500.

so, i'll start with this story.

when i was deciding whether to get an 07 G35 Coupe or an 08 G37 Coupe and ended up going with the G37.
I called my insurance agent and gave the vin#, they called me back saying it would cost 900 with tax per year...so i took it.
then i asked what the insurance premium would have been if i bought a 07 G35 Coupe, she runs the numbers and it comes out to 1300 with tax per year.
I was confused by this, how is that a newer model car with more power under the hood have a lesser premium... i was totally dumb founded by this.

so, what will be the case for the new Z, will ppl have a lesser premium to pay than the 350Z ??? ...lol
i _think_ it's because of this:
1. the car has newer safety features than the older one
2. the insurance premium for the car goes up as people get into accidents. in car insurance databases they run reports on what cars cost them the most, and they raise the premium for those cars.

Default How much are you paying for insurance on your 370Z?

I was just wondering how much it's costing to ensure the new Z. Thank you.

I was quoted about $86 a month or so ago but when I was at the dealership today on their PC buying my policy the quotes had gone up... plus I guess I reduced my deductible from the last quote I did but I pay $106/mo for full coverage and $500 deductible.

I'm 23 and have one speeding ticket on my record. Insurance company is USAA.

I don't actually pay monthly, though, so it's 636 every 6 months.
