2014 Nismo otd price?

I know a lot about motorcycles as I ride them and own them. I do Not know jack about cars.

Pasadena/Houston texas and I am looking at Nismos right now. What is a good out the door price I could pick one up? Just a ball park number.

Right around 40k. You can get a used one for much less though, with <7k miles.
