Buying Used 370Z Touring w/ Sports - Your Thoughts?
 

Hi all,

I've been thinking about getting a Z for like a year now, finally ready to pull the trigger on it.

I'm pretty particular about what I want - I don't want to buy a new one, nothing over 30,000 miles, must be gray and must be touring with sports package.

Based on that I'm sort of forced to resort to look at cars that are very far away from me that I can't test drive or check out in person, that will be shipped to me.

I'm wondering if you all could suggest what questions I should ask the dealer prior to paying to having shipped, and also, in general if you think the car I'm looking at is valued well.

This is the one I like the most

2013 370Z Touring w/ Sports package 16k Miles

Asking price is $32k
- Nissan certified
- good miles
- dealer has agreed that I could have a mechanic inspect it, then I buy it, then I have 3 days after it arrives to decide if I want to keep it and can send it back if I want, I pay for freight charges


I had a 2nd option on Carmax but apparently it sold between last night and this morning :(

Appreciate any advice!

a 2013 with 16k miles?
i got my 2013 with sports with 2k miles for 32k.
you can 100% get it for lower

Even though it's the touring model?

What do you think I should offer?

Hmmm with touring ey? Then 32 actually seems fair but mind you the 2014 got a price redux of about 3000 across the lone so the dealer is gonna wanna get it off there lot. Low ball first see what they say and work your way up 100 bucks at a time imo

You mean this one? I just bought the car from that autotrader ad yesterday! I had been talking to the salesman for about a week about it and negotiating on it.

But to answer your question, yes, a car like that at that price is a great deal.
