This is the exact wording of the email he sent me. He also sent se the invoice pricing which I already know of course, but it makes me think he is eager to sell/deal.

Tommy, I believe in sending clients the facts about the product they have an interest in, versus a low, unrealistic price, just to attract them into the dealership, only to explain that the price quoted was unrealistic, as some dealers practice. What should I offer him, and what is the most I should pay? I really dont know what I should do. I am not in a rush, but if I can get a great deal I will take a color I dont care for much, and buy now.
