PW Nismo....2009, 2010 or 2011....help me decide
K, I now have 3 locked in!
Traded in to dealer, marked up Private Party Purchase 2011 PW Nismo - 20K miles - $30,000 (already negotiated down to this) Condition - Front bumper has a 1 inch crack on the bottom of it which I would need to get repaired. ***sold within 1 day Dealer Purchase 2010 PW Nismo - 9700 miles - $32,500 (already negotiated down to this) Condition - Absolutely Immaculate - owned by an older gentlemen and traded in just last week. Private Party Purchase 2009 PW Nismo - 11,800 miles - $29,000 Condition - Perfect! - Locking mechanism obviously will probably go out, but current owner has extended warranty to 100k via Nissan. if 2k dosnt make a dent in your bank account, i would go with the dealer option.
that because thats a year of extra driving mileage plus every time you wash your car, you dont have to see that 1 inch crack |

Just got the dealer down to $32,000!! Its just difficult for me still to say $32k for a 2010 is good when I see some 2012's going for 35-36? It does have under 10k miles though...hmmmm

Updated on post #1!
Just found a 2009 PW with 12,900 miles. Guy is asking 30k for it. Thoughts? 30K is the pricepoint I've been waiting for. Only thing that steers me away from it is the "09 locking mechanism" fiasco. |

I'd go 2 provided it was a one owner. When I was searching for mine, I saw a few with under 15k miles and they had 3 seperate owners....kind of made me sketchy. Anyways, just buy one!! I paid 35k for a 2012 with 6,000 miles a month ago (by some standards, people will say I overpaid)....but after driving this thing for a month, I forget I even have a car payment...pure joy and watching the other rubberneckers envy....PRICELESS!!!

LOL, you got my kind of luck bro. I had 2 on my radar that were priced well and they sold hours before I could call and lock em down....hence me paying a little more than I wanted.....but I had the itch and didn't want to wait forever. Oh well, other 2 sound fairly priced. GL! |

Updated, first one was traded in, dealer marked it up. 2nd one sold in a day. The 3rd one I'm in negotiations with, I have him down to 29,000 for the 2009 PW Nismo with 11,848 miles. Final thoughts? Only thing I don't like about the car is that it has the front plate drilled into the front bumper Besides that, and the steering lock mechanism.... I'm thinking I'll be a Nismo owner by next weekend
