370z Lease.

Hi! I currently own a 2003 350z and I'm looking to upgrade to the 370z.
I was looking around and I saw on the Nissan website they're running a lease special on 370z's.

"2013 370Z Coupe 6MT with Splash Guards and Mats Lease

I WOULD BE BUYING THE CAR WHEN THE LEASE IS OVER.
I called my local dealership and here's what they told me.
- 299/month
- $3,388 down
- $1,000 rebate on MSRP
- 12,000 miles/year
I currently drive ~8,000/year.
Thoughts on this? I cant decide between getting this 370z,
or purchasing a 05-08 350z.
I would like to get all the hp I can out of the stock engine in one of these before adding aftermarket parts.
Which is why I'm leaning towards the 370z.
