2009 370z $19000 opinion
MAsters i need your opinion. someone is offering me for a 370z 2009 Automatic Transmission for $19,000 with 59,000 miles on it.
Not Salvage/Rebuilt, Transmission: Automatic Make: Nissan Body Type: Coupe Model: 370Z Trim: Base + Sport + 7AT Options: Leather Seats Engine: 3.7L V6 and this is how the transaction will be. this is the message of the seller. seller is from different state and im from LasVegas Nevada. please help me if this is a scam, he gave me also the VIN number SELLER: "Now, you will have the car for testing and a proper inspection, this is the only way to buy a car. If you can find any issue with it you can cancel the transaction no questions asked. As I've told you, I'm not in US now. However, if you want to buy the car, it seems logical for me to do an inspection before pay me, so I did some research and found Google Wallet: A Smarter and Safer way to purchase or sell your vehicle online - Google Wallet How it works: You will deposit 50% of the money to Google Wallet and they will keep the money until you will receive and inspect the car. You will have a 5 days inspection period. If the car is not as described it will be shipped back on my expense and they will give you a full refund. This way, you will be able to inspect the vehicle before committing to buy it and I know that you have the money and you aren't just fooling around. Giving the nature of this transaction please note that my sale terms are final and non negotiable. In order to move forward and register the transaction with Google Wallet I will need your full name, address and phone number, after that they will contact you with the payment instructions. I don't want to offend you, but the car is priced for a fast sale so please if you intend to apply for a loan or financing do not reply to this message!" please help me.... anyone knows if google wallet is reliable? ive attached fro some actual pics of the car. Thanks |

Ask him to take a picture with the current date and forum name on there. For good measure, ask for something random to be in the picture such as a food item. Regardless of if "he's out of town" someone can surely take a picture of that.

Scam!
"Ready for dispatch". Have you ever heard anyone from the US use that term? Before you buy it, contact me. A long lost uncle of yours has left you $3.4 million in a Nigerian bank. All you have to do is send me a cashiers check for $50000 to cover processing!

If it sounds too good to be true....
Even if this was legit, you're just asking for trouble. Never put money on a car without seeing it in person. You're the buyer. You decide when to inspect the car and when to fork over your cash. Even if I were strapped for cash, there is no way I'd drop the price anywhere close to what this guy is offering you. It's half of what he was originally selling it for.
