Unfortunately unless you have a co-signer, probably not. Elaborate on "no credit"...do you have any credit cards? Do you have any school loans? You must have some sort of financial history for you to be able to take out a loan, and it must be clean if you dont want to get raped on your interest rate...

What do you mean by "Nice" down payment. If you have 8-12k down, proof of income over 25k with no other debt, proof of residence, and no BAD credit history, you can get financed. It might be 12-15% APR, but you can get it done.

Wow, 12-15% is painful but i guess its the price you pay these days in out credit based economy. Maybe if you paid cash for the car...

No credit huh?

NO PROBLEM! Come right down to Hyundai of your local neighborhood and we promise we can get you into a brand new, yes that's right, brand new 2009 Hyundai with nothing down. If you lose your job within the first 10 months we'll even take back your car without damaging your credit standing. What are you waiting for? Operators are standing by right now, and if you buy a new Elantra within the next 30 minutes, we'll even etend that warranty to 20 yrs./ 200,000 miles whichever comes first (as long as you don't sell or get rid of it before then). Operators are standing by.

12-15%? Youd have to be nuts to pay that! How much are you trying to finance?

join a credit union, get a share secured loan, then a credit card and use it and pay it for a few months then go for the loan. Its going to take time, but you can build your credit up.

Establish credit....Go to your local Target, open a charge account, pay it on time, every time! It's a start!

No kidding. None of us wants to pay any interest. You do not have to. Drive what you have now. Save some money and buy a 2011 model after you have established some small credit with credit cards. Oh wait...they have 10-30% interest as well.

Way of the world. Even the 780-820's among us must pay 3-5%, unless you catch a 0.0 offer, and that is normally on outgoing models, or models not selling well.

He doesn't have to carry a balance to build credit, just pay it in full each month and no interest.
