370z pricing Opinions

Hello everyone. I've been lurking around your forums for awhile and am now looking to purchase a pre-owned 370z and would like your opinions. I'm deciding between the two below:

-2010 Magnetic Black- Sport + Touring + Nav. 16,828 miles, 6spd, one owner and dealer is currently asking for 28,130 before TTL. This is a late 2010 build (08/10)

-2011 Gray Base + Sport. 16,320 miles, 6spd, one owner, and dealer is asking for $27,400 before TTL.

Questions: from my research, it doesn't look like Nissan changed anything mechanically from 2010 to 2011? I know the 2009s had oil cooling issues, does this also apply to the 2010/2011? I have also seen a few threads regarding oil consumption, is this a common thing on the VQ37HR? I remember the Rev-Up VQ35DE fiasco and want to steer clear.

I'm leaning towards the 2010 because it's fully loaded with the same mileage and price as the 2011 and its a late 2010 build. The only downfall is the color. I don't really like black cars (I'm a clean freak and black is difficult to keep clean) BUT it seems like a 6sd with Sport + Touring + Nav is a pretty rare combo so I'm willing to go with Black.

What's everyone's thoughts on the above? Which one would you take and what do you think about price? I think I can get the dealer to come a little lower on the 2010 and I'm hoping I can get a decent trade in value for my Mint 2008 Altima 3.5SE fully loaded as well.
