Sounds a bit high to me, but it depends on trim, options, and condition. Look up "2009 370Z bluebook value" on the Intertubes. I'm guessing it will be closer to $20k, maybe even lower.

I honestly think it's a pretty good deal, but maybe the price varies a lot by area, because I just looked up Z's in my area and the cheapest I can find an 09' was in the 26K range and that was with supposedly 3k miles.

Kbb lists an 09 z for 23k and that's with it having 48k miles on it. KBB is also notorious for being under the normal market price for cars.

Shows $17-20k to me. Must vary a lot by location.
