Default build certification

I have a question for you all -

I have ordered my 370 last year and waited 5-6 months for delivery after my salesman looked for "my car" for 4 months. He mentioned in passing that my car may be a 1 of 1 build for my model year. I contacted Nissan who proceeded to tell me that the information was proprietary and that they could not release that information.

If my car is not a 1 of 1 build that is fine, but it would interesting to find out. Can someone give me a direction in which way to go about this?

Thank you so much!

Angela

1) I doubt your car is 1 of 1 build
2) Nissan really does not share information on the cars beyond the VIN information which you can use to determine where, when, etc. your car was built. Here is more info on that: 370Z VIN no Decoding!

Even the 40th anniversary guys had a tough time getting info on that model so they knew more about it.
