Price Check 2009 370z base w/Sport Package
 

This is my first post and I have been looking for a thread that I could just comment on and ask my question, but I haven't exactly found any luck with that. So instead I'll just post my question here and hope that someone could help me out or give me some advice.

So I am looking at a 2009 370z base with Sports Package m/t with about 30,000 miles on it. (This car is being sold from an Infinity dealership) So one of the salesmen here told me that the car started out at a little over $27,000 which I thought was a little high because I had been doing some research online before then and had seen some with less miles for about the same price or even a little cheaper. So after going back and forth with the dealership over the phone and though email, I managed to get the price down to about $24,500 which I thought was a pretty good deal :tup: . But I am just wondering if this is about as good as it's gonna get or if I'm completely off with my numbers.

I think 24.5 is still a little high, 30k isnt a lot of miles for 3 years old but you are most likely then out of warranty unless Infiniti dealer can Certified Pre-Owned it through Nissan? I doubt that though.

I paid 29K a year ago for an 09 sport touring with nav (see signature) I think you can do better.

I got my 2010 with 1,473 miles on it for $26,500 with no trade in which I think was an awesome deal ... they were askin' $28,995 ... I also got a 7 year 100,000 mile warrenty !

So take your time lookin' around and don't be so anxious to buy ...

Don't be afraid to travel either to get your ride if ya can save thousands as well ... I had to drive 4 hours to get mine but it was well worth it

I've been doing a lot of research online and even calling used dealerships like Carmax to see if they could find one for me, but the problem is that I'm looking for a Monterey Blue Z so they're pretty hard to locate. And what sucks is that the one that I found that was at the Infinity dealership seemed to be the only one I could find in general. So this dealership somewhat has an upper hand on me because they seem to be the only one around that have a solid match to the car that I am looking for.

i'd say it's a decent deal.

Thanks but I'm looking for this color with a sports package. The only option that I would have if this deal falls through with the Infinity dealership, is to go with black from somewhere else.

Def use cars.com, thats how I found the color of my Z I wanted. One dealership tried to say there was no other red Z's in any dealerships in New England, hopped on cars.com and found my baby sitting in the showroom in New Jersey! So just keeping checking cars.com if you havent already it really is a good car listing website for new and used cars. GL> :tiphat::driving:

I just picked up an 09 base with SPORTS pkg. with 36K miles for 25K out the door. Your numbers sound legit to me man. GOOD LUCK!

Update: Got the car on Monday, going on Monday to get the rims powder coated black and calipers blue to color match...Very excited.

Thinking about pulling the trigger on an 09 touring + sport 36051 miles $24953 "on the road" price. What do you guys think?
