Car fax shows all the information is correct, all original miles, a 1 owner, no accidents... strangely says it is $310 above retail value? This seems incorrect. $18k for a base w/sport and only 15k miles.

Surprisingly though some jurisdictions will rule in favor of the consumer and make the dealer honor the price, but that is normally with newspaper/at the dealer ads. Internet based ads I am unsure of.
either way, im sure there is an attorney in CA looking for a Z who might just get him or herself a deal.

Tong, you should buy it since you are no longer an owner of a 370Z.
I would buy it as a third 370Z and use it as a beater, but I already have a silver - PG. Someone must have called out cars.com, because their website is now reflecting 28k. |

I seen that z in person about 2 months ago when I was in the market for a z. At the time it was 35k with the certified pre owned warranty. I told them they were crazy for the simple fact CarMax down the street had a blue sports package with about 16000 miles for 26k before tax and license. Anyways I walked from that z (the silver one) do to the price and the condition that it was in. 2 out of the 4 rims have curb rash and the front bumper is scrapped not to mention abused by me and who else knows by who haha. Test drove it for about 30 min smashing on it trying to get the full effect. Ps Folks if you’re in the market to buy be patient I bought mine from Elk Grove Subaru with 3800 miles a 2011 sports package with clear bra, tints, mats for the front and rear trunk for 30k out the door with no damage.
