2013 offer for nismo

I just got this email from a dealership anyone ever heard of this or am i getting blindside with a to good to be true offer?

"Thank you for the Truecar inquiry. Don has the day off, but I am happy to help you.

Yes, I can get you a new 370Z NISMO coupe. And I did find one with the floor mats, and trunk mats, in Silver. MSRP is $42290, but your Truecar price is only $40495.

Also, every new 370Z I sell will come with a warranty that is good forever. As long as you own your car. As many miles as you can put on it. I am the only dealer with such a program. And, you can have your car serviced at any Nissan dealer in the country."

Let me know what you think

I'm pretty sure no dealer will offer an unlimited mile warranty and time warranty... You should talk to them and see what's up though.

Price sounds ok for 2013..

The warranty is probably a gimmick.. It covers your review mirror or something ;)

to find out this is a 2012 and i am sure the warranty is bogus probably has some kind of deductible attached to the warranty.

I have a different dealership that will sell me the same car for 39750 with a 10 year 150k power-train warranty. Thinking i will go with this offer.

40k for a 2013 nismo is a yummy deal. What Nissan dealer is this?? I would take it if there is a normal warranty. This is cheap already. You should take it if this dealer is serious about it

MSRP for 2013 Nismo with floor mats and trunk mats is 44,020. If you are getting it for 40,495 plus ttl is a good deal. Make sure its the 2013 and not 2012. I don't know about the warranty issue, they might just add that to your financing and not disclose it. Watch for any other fees.

Warranty sounds BS. Just walk in and be like "So if the motor pops at 170k I get a new motor free of charge?" That should be a funny conversation.
