White sport/touring with nav or gray base with upgrades?

I've narrowed my search down to 2 cars and am having a hard time making up my mind.
-2011 white sport touring with nav
-2010 gray base with upgraded leather and heated seats

It would be an obvious choice if the prices were the same, but the 2011 touring coupe is 4k more. Which one would you chose and why?
