need quick advice, buying a 370

I went to a local dealership to obtain a quote for the 370. They had a base one (red, automatic tranny, carpeted floor and trunk mats) for $32,700. After going back and forth I was able to get them to $29,500. Did I get a good deal? I wanted to see what price they would give before I mentioned that I have the VPP discount as well. What do you guys think? should I have started out with the VPP price or is the $29,500 a better deal?

It's a reasonable price, VPP will be within 500 of that anyway. Whatever works for you

if your're really tough you can prob push another 1000 off.

i plan on buying a sport package 370 in the spring and paying cash for it

hopefully the allure of cash on spot will have them go down a bit on the price

Actually, I wouldn't mention paying cash until you negotiate the best price. Dealers make money on financing and if they know they aren't getting it then they may jack up the price of the car a bit.

sounds good man thanks

Which VPP program do you have? A, B, C, D etc. where D is Business Associates

I think it's a good deal, and just wondering how did you negotiate to get that deal cause last time I went the salesman said nothing but price for the car around 30,000.
