Update on this car - it was returned but the person who bought it (it was bought soon after I passed on the car).
The guy who bought it and then returned it (Car Max has a 5 day return policy) said the car's transmission was damaged.... I may go look at it again - there was nothing wrong with the trans - maybe he couldn't handle the high catch point of the clutch? |

read up on the steering lock issue... other than that you are pretty much good to go. a brand new 09??
