Need Advice: Used 2012 Sport 1700 miles

Hey guys, need some adviceo on what to offer for this car. 2012 PW base with sport package. 1700 miles in manual. They're asking $31,900. I feel like a new one would be around 32-33k (Am I correct in this) so I'm thinking around $30,000-30,700? Thoughts?

Base w/Sport lists at $35,310 (per Nissan website.)

Sounds pretty good. I would start with 29k, but wouldn't pay more than 31k.

thats a smoking deal..i paid 29 and change for 2010 with 4200 miles a month ago
