I am looking for this specific front lip and side skirts any one know what its called or where i can get it?????????

That's the Nissan nismo s tune kit. You can get it at anywhere, local, online.

That front lip isn't stock NISMO, its the NISMO lip extension.

And the side sills are stock NISMO.
