Not sure why you want to lease vs buying. But your lease cost are much more than my current payment. Not if leasing is that great of a deal anymore. Good Luck

$329 and 2999 down for 39months =$15830. then buy it for 19k and your at 34830, invoice on a base is about 31k, and thats if you pay 19k cash if not then you can add your intrest ontop and sales tax, best bet is right now buy a new one @ 0% interest.

or you could lease the base w/ sport package and do the same thing and end up paying almost 45k

The Sport package adds about $40 per month to the lease special!

this lease deal is not that great. it's deceiving because the payments are relatively low (even lower in Minnesota, only $299), but the down payment for it is ridiculously high. like someone else mentioned above, you'll be paying well over msrp for this thing if you decide to purchase this car after your lease is through. unless you can strike a deal where the down payment is much less (as close to $0 possible), i would steer clear of this deal. you're better of purchasing the car with the 0% apr, especially if you can afford to make payments

I'm sorry but the Z is just not a car you lease. Even though they are throwing those bogus 299$ and 399$ payments it will never truly be that unless you put a stupid down payment. If it were that much everyone would have a Z but the Z is an extremely exclusive and rare car you don't really see on the roads or maybe 1 or 2 or none in dealer inventory. Anyways point is it just doesn't make sense at the end of the day. If you want to lease for around that payment, that's why they make the G37 which isn't even half the car the Z is(don't want to go further into that). If you have the money go ahead and lease it, financially financing the car with the current 0% is the best bang for your buck. Anyways you will want to keep the Z after even if you lease cause its so amazing .

Especially with sports cars, leasing is usually going to be more expensive than buying. When you lease, you're essentially paying for the depreciation of the car, and sports cars tend to depreciate must faster than other cars such as SUVs or sedans. Not saying it never makes sense though. If you're one of those people that gets a new car every few years, leasing can potentially make more sense. Leasing can be tricky and it's easier for dealerships to screw you because most people don't understand what all goes into calculating the payment of a lease. There are some good lease calculators on the internet -- here is one that looks pretty good. I think it even compares leasing vs buying based on your inputs...

Auto Lease Calculator at Edmunds.com

Btw I am a financial analyst, and I have leased in the past, so hopefully that gives me at least a little credibility.

good luck!
