2012 370z Sound right?

2012 7AT 370z coupe with sports package.

Vehicle Price: $36,985.00
Market Discount: - $2,185.00 (guess that's from truecar.com?)
Total Selling Price: $34,800.00

Sales Tax (estimate): + $2,130.31 (Florida 6%)
Tag/Registration Fees (estimate): + $200.00
Tire/Battery/MVWEA: + $6.50
Dealer Service Fee: + $599.95
Electronic Filing: + $98.75
Balance Due (estimate): $37,835.51

I'm going to try bringing down the dealer service fee, looks pretty close to invoice from truecar.com unless I'm missing something.

That's not a bad start but definitely some wiggle room. Exactly, discuss the Dealer Service Fee and lowering the Vehicle Price closer to invoice.

Yeah sounds about right, if you can bring it down to the selling price OTD, I think you have a good deal on your hands.

Dealer service fee is BS, just something that they look good after they take it out, or profit if someone lets them get away with it!!!

someone kept mentioning he got $33k OTD for a 2012 base+sports. I think only a few people are lucky enough to actually get this kind of deal, but it gives you some motivation to negotiate more.

Yea I have no clue how people are getting that low, I'm already below invoice and got the dealer fee gone. 2 dealers didn't come close to this price and 1 told me to get that deal if they are giving it to me.

If they bought that 370z for 33k in florida 6% tax that's 31k before tax. Add in automatic price difference which is 1200, that would be about 32.2k before tax for me.

32.2k + 1900 in tax 34k that's a 3.4k difference otd for me

32.2k is below dealer cost according to truecar...doubt I can get that in south florida :(

I got my 2011 for 32,600 and they had to locate it. This was last January . Sticker was almost 38k

Good but I've seen members do a little better.

I got my 2012 370Z with sport package, rear view mirror, kick plates, floor mats and trunk carpet for $33,510. MSRP was $37,150 and invoice was $34,421 per Edmunds. Just negotiate ... tell them you have an offer in that range from another dealer.

Obsidian, when you list the pricing, Im assuming this is pre-tax?
