Help on Pricing & Getting the Right Deal

So i been talking to many dealers and many peers on forums and friends. I've heard so many stories about people bringing the msrp of their z down 5-9k otd! I'm just looking for a new basic Z thinking about a possible lease or finance in the right price range. They all offer me about an estimate of $650/mo for a lease . Any help to bring that price down/ reasonable. One of my good friends just got an ipl g37 (50K car) for $560/mo lease $0 down and he owed money for going 20k over his miles in his previous g37. Also down in Glendale Nissan they had a 2010 new silver basic 370z they offered me 25k to take it from them when i walked in about 5 months ago. I refused it cause i wasnt a fan of the silver, but now i really regret that offer. Thanks for any help
