Just ordered my 370z Base + Sport with the help of forum members!

Hey guys - I'm a former 350z owner and just placed an order on a new 370z with Nissan North here in Columbus with the help and advice from several posts on this forum.

2009 Nissan 370Z Coupe
Black
6-speed manual
Sport Package + mats + splash guards

From AK370z's sticky:
Base Model 6 speed manual
MSRP - $29,930
Invoice - $28,043

S01 - Sports package*
MSRP $3,000
Invoice $2,602

L92 - Carpeted Floor Mats
MSRP $115
Invoice $89

T94 - Carpeted Trunk Mat
MSRP $95
Invoice $65

B95 - Painted Splash Guards (4 Piece)
MSRP $220
Invoice $165

Total: =31,684 including the $720 destination fee
I paid $31,754 all-in before taxes.

So, I am $70 over invoice with the 3.99% financing from PenFed (Thanks again to AK370z!)

The salesman said they had sold 3 or 4 370's this month, but all sold for sticker. When I contacted them with invoice pricing info and let them know they were competing with 5 other Ohio Nissan dealerships, it didn't take much for them to drop the price.

They're full of s**t, there's no way they sold 4 Z's at sticker. Besides those that had to be first back in Jan, I don't know of a single person that has paid sticker.

Sounds like you got a great deal.

Did you order yours from the factory? I only ask because I heard they are not taking any more factory orders?

Hmm, I haven't heard anything about that. Yes, I ordered it. I could have waited and found a 6mt Sport in black, but financially it works out better for me to take delivery in September anyways.
They said it would be at least 12 weeks.

nicely done!

If I remember correctly, most sales in Janurary were MSRP (some cases $2000 mark up). Then price started going down. But now that Nissan announced they are going to cut Z production, price may go up a bit (it's just my assumption), not much.

My deposit was paid 01/16. My car was ordered the first week in Feb and it came in 05/19.
