'09 370z Touring Pricing

I'm contemplating buying an '09 370z Touring with 24k miles. Magnetic black, manual transmission. The dealer price is 26k and i was wondering if anyone had any opinions on whether or not this is fair.

The car has a couple dings and some scratches on a few of the rims that would need to be repaired but overall it's in pretty good shape.

Thats a good price retail its at 28.5. But like always try to get them even further down by pointing out the scratches and stuff. Good luck
