Default New 2011 GM Tour+Sport+Nav

Got a quote for a new 2011 GM Tour+Sport with illum kick plates, carpeted trunk and floor mats, splash guards and Navi for 38,442 before tax, title and fees. Sound like a good deal? They said they might even be able to knock off the 442 for an even 38,000 but then I'll have to pay for shipping from one dealership to another.

I'd say no. ~$1K more you can have a 2012 with the same specs.

Well for the options you listed, and it being a 2011, I think you can do better, however, its not a bad price. It will be hard to find a 2012 with the exact specifications right now, as they are just coming out, however, if you are happy with a 2011, I say go for it. You probably will be over the 40k mark plus taxes and fees, if you can gulp that and attempt a final negotiation at the dealer and try and get 1 to 2k knocked off, it could prove to be a good deal.
