A lot of times, manufactures put most of the wiring harness in for all the different options and you can simply plug them in when you get them. However, I'm not 100% sure about this since the Navi is just a software/hardware UPGRADE for the system that is already in the Touring package... The thing is that the computer is wired to almost everything in the entire car... Tire pressure, OBD, Audio System, climate controls, etc...
