Same button, just lit from behind and the rich colour of the photo makes it look more red. Compare it to the interior photos of the 2011 you will see what I mean.

Yeah if you look at the close-up pic it's just the LED is on, and it looks really red. Someone in LR3 set the saturation up a bit too high haha

Interesting even in the 360 view it looks red, but in one of the side pictures you can clearly tell that it isn't the red button.

Well, guess we'll see if it's red. I don't remember it being red in the 360 before.

FI Cat Back. Stock (okay...maybe not).

Why would you compare this to the 2011, when it's a 2012? They might have upgraded it.

If you look at the pic with the pseudo driver in it, you can see the button is still clearly just back-lit orange. :ugh2:

Exactly. And the comparison to the 2011 shows that the 2011 button looks red too in some photos, but we all know it isn't.

maybe its using a red led now though...

Anyone with a 2012 want to confirm this?

I have the first 2012 in the US and I can confirm it is not the RED button and it glows orange with the backlit.

Its also weird that there is no mention of the factory oil cooler anywhere in the 2012 brochure, its like Nissan doesn't want to mention the overheating "problem"
