2009 touring/ sport
 

Found a 09 with low mileage, asking 29000.
Any reason not to get an 09 instead of an 20011 or 12.
Just looking for some reliability issues if any.

I believe the only general difference is later models have heated outside mirrors and the bluetooth also streams music from your phone if it is capable. I think the 11 and newer also added a rear view camera. Other than those items, they are the same and I don't know of any reliability problems. I bought an used 09 myself and have been very happy.

I bought a used '09 back in March with 10k miles on it and couldn't be more pleased!

Also if you have a Nav option..the 10+ models have the updated system.

I preferred my 09 suspension wise. Stiffer compared to my 11. The ecu whine issue was a problem for 09 There were shoddy paint job issues as well as a higher ratio of oil consumption issues. All are easily fixable or noticeable except for oil consumption. I didn't have any of these issues with my 09 so I was incredibly happy.

How many miles are on this Z?

I have an 09 now and its great the only difference is that I do not have the heated mirrors or the updated Navi, and the rear view camera. How many miles on the Z

working on 74k. there was someone here with higher mileage but i think i've topped him

18500 miles. I know not the lowest and I'll never know if there was any abuse to it but that's the risk of used, I suppose.

Is this offer from a private owner or a dealer? I bought an 09 from CarMax. I still have almost 1 year left on the manufactures warranty. No issues and I am closing in on 15K.

Found at local dealer. Hopefully will be able to negotiate a little and drop the price some. I will look at it in person Tues. Or Wed. And evaluate the condition.

Well I bought it. Out the door price $30000, and with my trade, I'm financing $16000@ 2.99%. Not bad for a once $41000 car 2 years ago!
