Ok guys here's the deal, got offered 37,200k minus the 6500k trade in put me at 31k before tax and fees. So OTD will be 34,000k. Is that good? I

Ok guys here's the deal, got offered 37,200k minus the 6500k trade in put me at 31k before tax and fees. So OTD will be 34,000k. Is that good? I only put 500$ deposit so they bring the car from somewhere else but I didn't sign any papers yet. Should I shop it around? I have until Monday.
