Reasonable price for 09?

I am offering $28,000 OTD for a preowned 09 Base+Sport+7AT package 28k miles to a Nissan dealer but he will only sell it for 29k. Should I just stay firm

Should I just stay firm with my price and look somewhere else? 28k miles for a 2 years old car is bit high so I think my $28,000 seems to be reasonable enough. What do you guys think?
