Should I hold out until production halt ends?

I asked about pricing, etc and he told me $48,000 flat no negotiations. Should I hold out until the production halt ends and hope for some pricing negotiations from the dealerships? What do you guys think? I want my car specifically with the orange leather, black paint etc etc .
