There is no way in HELL I would except that car, how can you trust they broke it in correct. What if they didn't and the **** starts breaking. I see a headache and lots of problems if you buy this car. To be honest I think the dealer is trying to scam you. Time to find a new dealer and yes you should definitely get your money back....

dont accept it!!! HELL NOO!! i say you talk to a lawyer and file a lawsuit against them. that propostorous. thats a used car. now if they drop the price 5 or 6 grand then thats your decision. but there is no way in hell ill pay all that for a new car..tell him to refund you your money and

Lol, WAY overboard - a lawsuit over this? It'd cost more money in lawyer fees just to handle the damn situation than what it cost. Its obviously a situation easily remedied (and, as I saw by the post, WAS remedied) by simply talking to the manager.

im talking lawsuit if the dealer wont comply and wont give you your money back. Unless they are willing to do a huge discount otherwise ill just leave.
