Good Price??

Hi everyone!!
well i'm new here and was looking to purchase a new Z!!
so i was just wondering if $39500 OTD was a good price for new 2011 touring
w/ sport 6spd which includes kick plates, mats, splash guards, rear backup cam

Thanks for any advice!!

If that includes tax, title, license, and dealer fees (OTD)..it's a good price
