Does anyone have any Idea what the most popular trim people are buying is ? Im considering an automatic and cant really justify getting the sports package with the 19" because the base model looks just as good and is considerably cheaper by around $8,000. So is the sports package worth it or not ?

A sports car without the sports is just a car.

The sport package is only 3000, so you must be talking about a base vs touring+sport. I drive a non sport touring, and it's still very fun to drive. With auto not getting synchro-rev matching, I'm not sure how good of a deal the 3 grand is.
