And when I say out perform, I am talking about slalom, skip-pad, and an actual head to head lap battle. I do not expect it to be any faster in a straight line. I would not pay $45,000 just for looks and a marginally better handling car.

i think im going to just end up getting a noraml 370z with sports and thats it because i will not pay 45k for a little better performance ill rather get touring sports and nav.. idk time will tell how the 370z nismo is gona be like....

Will it be worth the extra money, that's up to you, but if you try to add everything on after the fact, it will cost a good deal more than $45K. Honestly you get a lot for your money, even in the low 40K range.

But that's MSRP, no one pays msrp right.

more than 45 k ummm idk about that because exhaust is like 2,500
customs seats cant add up a lot due to the fact is not leather.
better suspension...2k is my guess
body kit 3 grand.the illuminated plates i say41 k at the most...hopefully lower:rolleyes:
i think thats an accurate estimated price..ugh i really want the nismo grrr:shakes head:

I will suspect that the price will be ranged from 37-39K. Assuming as it is going to be as 07-08 Nismo Edition, that was an 350z Base with Nismo package, and some cosmetic nismo details, the same thing would happen to the 370z Nismo. It will be a 370z Nismo w/ Sport Package w/ Nismo package and cosmetics.
Base w/ Sport Package aprox 33K
Nismo Package aprox $6K
That's my guess.

Just saying that it will be cheaper to purchase from the factory rather than trying to piece it together yourself. Whatever the price will be, it should yield a very good value.

If its around 35 to 37k id say sign me up. With the auto industry in the condition its in nissan would be foolish to price this car in the 40k range. They have already had to cut sales numbers on the 370Z by about 20,000 units. They should know a cheap, "somewhat limited" run of the nismo Z would be great for sales.

NIZMOZ 04-18-2009 03:05 PM

I expect it to be around 42k. Because the NISMO 350Z was based off the Enthusiasts model and it started off cheaper than the 370z base with sport. So Figure the 370z base with sport is about 3k more than the 350z Ent, and the NISMO 350Z was 38,695. Expect it to be over $40k.

35 k is not even possible i say 37 39 k range hopefully not over that...but yea cheaper would be great for sales...nissan needs sales they are all ready cutting jobs. so yea we need an affordable nismo:tup:
i cant wait to :driving:

i'm guessing theyre going to price it around 39,695 just so they can market it as a sub-40k car.

SvR370z 04-21-2009 12:10 PM

Honestly, I believe the car will be around what victort said. Probably just under 40.
The truth is its probably worth about 37 to 38.
If you take the invoice of a base Z and add around 10 grand in nismo parts thats what youd come up with.
If they are 40k then just give it a year and youll pick one up for 30 somewhere.
Its just like the older nismo Z. They are selling those alot cheaper now with very low miles.

Not going to happen. The older model was hurt by the introduction of the 370Z. No way you're going to pick up a new Nismo for 30K when a base 370Z will be selling for the same price.

:iagree: i doubt it it would get that cheap. the 08 nismo got raped in prices when the 370z was introduced thats why it was sooo cheap
