Advice on this 2010 touring auto with 19" rims?

Hey gang, currently have a 2011 Maxima but test drove this 2010 370Z auto touring w/ 19"rims and wanted you opinion on price as to how much lower i can go on price before ttl? Here is the link:

From the description, it is a Touring with Sports package and Navigation, so basically fully loaded. You can estimate the original invoice cost from the thread here.
