As long as it hasn't been titled, I think they can always sell it as new but not sure if there's a mileage limit. That car is either a demo

As long as it hasn't been titled, I think they can always sell it as new but not sure if there's a mileage limit. That car is either a demo vehicle, manager's car or was transported from another dealer or something.
Edit: Although 500 miles isn't too bad, I would factor that into the price. Personally I wouldn't take a car like this with that high mileage without some good discount or at least extended warranty thrown in. Who knows how that 500 miles was driven.
