2011 370Z Touring

Hey I'm looking into buying a 2011 370Z Touring and am wondering if this is a good price.

Magnetic Black Metallic
Black Leather
Navigation
Rearview Mirror - (back-up camera, compass, universal garage door opener)

Unfortunately, it's fairly straight forward. The 370 hasn't exactly been setting sales records. The car market in general hasn't fully recovered over the last three years.

Why does the mirror have backup camera if the car has Nav - I thought it used the Nav screen in that case.
