I paid about $32K for mine at around 19K miles a few months ago (trade-in muddies the comparison a little) and the dealer had done the oil change, put on four new OEM tires, and I got them to throw in the 7/70 warranty package. Mine had everything except the upgraded brake pads.
Looks like it has the illuminated side sills, but I couldn't tell if it has the dinky mudflaps and no pictures of the cargo area to see if the mat/hatch cover is still there. I'd definitely say they should lower the price more. I'd also suggesting checking the oil records (I did on mine) from the dealer or a CarFax to see how often it has been changed. Since mine was done 3,750 miles apart once, I assumed I didn't have to worry about excessive oil consumption (the previous owner wasn't the type to fill between changes).

And if Lou Fusz says it's a good price, then it's a good price. Plus I just saw the same thing at CarMax without nav and without sport, going for the same price. Last edited by shadoquad; 01-21-2011 at 10:31 AM. |

I'll probably be looking for a used base + sport + MT this spring. If I could find a low mileage '09 I'd be willing to pay 25k...maybe a little more... but looking around already most dealers still want 30-31k for them and I believe base + sport + MT is around 34k new. Way too much, IMO, considering the economy still sucks, gas is a ripoff, and the sports car market is pretty much dead.
BTW...that 22k is a GREAT price. If it was a manual, I'd be on my way to Ohio. Last edited by mjd77; 01-21-2011 at 09:06 PM. |
