2011 Lease Numbers??

What's up guys, new here and looking into leasing a Z. My question is what should I be looking for in terms of monthly payments on a lease with absolutely no money due at signing, a true sign and drive?? I went to one dealer and they told me about $515 a month sign and drive for a base 39/12k. I know the residual kinda sucks, but can I get a better deal?? Thanks in advance guys

Why lease then if you want to own the car at the end? Just finance and get the penfed loan at 2.99%.

Huh?? I dont want to own/buy it out at the end, just lease.
