Miami Dealerships & Invoicing

So Im happy to have found this site, where you guys have the actual invoice pricing which matches ConsumerReports.org Bottom Line Price.

Im looking for a Base Automatic. An just like AK suggested I sent in my letters to 3 General Managers and Sales Managers.

Take a look at this guy, Just like others have said, this invoices are wrong.

Quote:

Brian, double check your research, because the invoice you are mentioning is for a 370Z with manual transmission, the invoice on the automatic transmission is @ 1,000.00 more, this is the only one at that price, if you do it TODAY, I will do inv + tax and tag..

Any decent dealerships you can recommend for Miami?

I'll be passing by Marone of Nissan later today.

Ask for Bob Jones at Maroone Pembroke of Nissan. Really cool guy and very laid back, let him know what you want and you will get it.

LQbano 03-24-2009 06:49 PM

Thanks BiBi, I will.

Do you mind sharing your price and interest rate?

You guys should come to the Z BBQ on the 29th!

If they want to move a Silver unit before the end of the month, I will for sure.

Can anyone confirm that the guys at Esserman Nissan are *** wipes?

ChrisSlicks 03-25-2009 03:56 PM

LQbano,
Actually the dealer is 100% correct. The invoice price for this car is $30,108.

You are forgetting to add in destination charge of $695 and $89+$65 for the carpets.

True invoice (the price they *actually* pay) is still a little lower plus they get a 2% hold back from Nissan. So it is possible to get cars for below the paper invoice depending on how desperate the dealer is and where you are.

Now they freaking want to add mr a dealership fee of $600. What's the deal with this? Is this true?

And yes is happening at eserman.

F-them. There's no such fee, it's made up to try and build in profit.

I bought mine for $500 under invoice without any of this BS. Granted they might be a little more desirable down south at the moment but they aren't exactly selling like hot cakes because of the economy.

RCZ 03-25-2009 09:11 PM

Yeah they all always like to add a dealer fee....its bs...it is what it is

DOwn here its common.

ChrisSlicks 03-25-2009 09:26 PM

Maybe start emailing and calling some dealers out of state like in Georgia? It's a bit of a hall from Miami but it might be worth it if you can save $500 or more.

Wow, I should buy off state then. I started looking for import options. On my quick search some say it saves money? Is this true? Is it worthy it?

Try calling some other FL dealers first outside of Miami. Obviously the less miles you have to go to make a deal the better off you are.

AK370Z 03-25-2009 10:43 PM

Base Model 7 speed automatic
MSRP $31,230
Invoice $29,259

L92 - Carpeted Floor Mats
MSRP $115
Invoice $89

T94 - Carpeted Trunk Mat
MSRP $95
Invoice $65

+ $ 695 Destination.

Your invoice total should be: $30,108. My invoice numbers matched with the dealer document when I ordered my Z. Not a $ less or more.

LQbano 04-28-2009 06:47 PM

Stay away from Esserman Nissan of Miami

So I've been dealing with this a$$holes for an entire month. This guys really have no interest in selling at all, they wont budge for invoice price, they keep on trying to get extra on Dealers fees and fees for getting the car over from a Central Florida warehouse. In the mean time they have all the cars still in the lot. (What is it with Brilliant Silvers anyways, cant find them anywhere)

The worst is they make you waste your time telling you they are finally going to give you the price, or that the car is nearby, blah blah. Whoever I see buying from them I know they been RAPED.
