Hey folks,

I have been lurking on the board for a while now to hear what everyone has to say about the new Z etc. So I finally got to test drive one over the weekend red but no sport package, which was unfortunate since I wanted to see the synchro rev match in person.

Anyway I keep a watch on what dealers have what stock and it looks like I will be purchasing in the next 2 weeks or so. I want Sport, Touring, Nav, splash, carpets etc 6MT.

So I get done with my test drive at Lynnes in Bloomfield and the kid says do I want to look at the numbers and I say sure he comes back with the usual new model/model year so its MSRP - "what do you think sir" - now having been following the threads I said look unless your at Invoice + 500 were not going to continue talking....... so off he goes and he comes back and says "we can do those numbers, you want to do the deal today?"

So clearly the economy is biting and dealers are being very accomodating....

What are folks in NJ seeing pricing wise and for those that have already purchased which dealers are more "helpful" than others
