OTR same as OTD?

HI,

Is OTR pricing the same as OTD pricing? I have gotten pricing form dealers asking about OTD pricing however always got a response with him stating OTR pricing.

I am about to go get the car tomorrow based on OTR pricing, and just got worried that OTR might not include tax or such.

PLease let me know.

Does not include sales tax, just the reg and tags. otd is everything.
I'd make sure its otd and make sure the price is in writing.
