Well, mine was 47k out the door and yours has 6k more miles originally.
Honestly I wouldn't take it for more than 44k out the door with that kind of mileage but that's just a personal thing.
You also have to think the dealer probably didn't respect the break in period of the new engine and those km's were probably hard and fast.
You may want to use that as a bargaining point.
I really think if you show the the salesman you are willing to walk or mention another dealership that carries 370's you'll see a rapid price reduction.
