2009 base w/ sport w/ some mods - good deal?

Hey guys, I am looking at a 2009 base w/ sport package, just under 10k miles, FI CBE, Pioneer double din touch scree HU for $29K...what do you think?

I am overlooking mods here.

NEW 2010 Base Man + sport = ~30k from Luu Nissan (1500 off invoice)

So probably 25k-26k range offer for a 2009 with 10k miles and partially depleted warranty. Otherwise why not just buy a new 2010.

mods only increase the value to VERY VERY few people. and small mods are really pointless. only highly modded cars can sometimes pull a premium.

As stated already, I'd say $25-26k would be a good price area
