Easiest thing is to just refuse to pay for ANY of these dealer add ons. Just tell them that you didn't want that stuff and that they took a gamble

Easiest thing is to just refuse to pay for ANY of these dealer add ons. Just tell them that you didn't want that stuff and that they took a gamble by installing it without the buyer's consent. They will gladly take it off the price rather than lose the sale.
