2009 370z Good Deal or Bad Deal

Hi, I am new to the forum and getting ready to buy a new 370z. I found a new 2009 370z on a dealer lot. It is the coupe touring model, sport package, automatic, Navigation pkg, with floor mats and mud guards. The dealer says sticker is $41,850. When I inquired, he said they would sell it for $35,489. I was hoping to get this for around $34,000 or less. Can anyone help me determine if this is a good deal? I realize this is a 2009 with the 2011's about to come out so I am a bit skeptical anyways. What is a reasonable/good deal on this? BTW...it is also the color scheme in and out that I am wanting.

Too much for a 2009. Should be closer to $32K with 0 miles on the odo.

Also, wrong section.

6-7K off MSRP is a good deal for a 2009

FYI I bought my Z about 3 weeks ago: brand new never sold 2009 chicane yellow, touring coupe with carpets/mats, lighted kick plate, no navigation, manual. Bought for $28.5k with life time free oil change.

Might not be the BEST deal but I hope it'll give you some ideas :)

Edit: My price was MSRP - $7500...dealer won't go any lower but instead offered free lifetime oil change :\

I think below $35k is reasonable but make sure they don't throw in any fees.
